Profile Picture, Banner and Post Images Need Different Sizes
A profile picture, banner and feed post are different destination assets. The clean workflow is one source image set with multiple outputs, not a chain of repeated resizes.

Repeatedly resizing a compressed output compounds quality loss. Create each destination version independently from the original.
Keep platform canvases editable
Platforms revise layouts and recommendations. Save the recipe, but keep the width, height and crop adjustable.
Use multiple outputs
Batch Img Tools can produce square profiles, wide banners and portrait posts from one source batch and organize them into separate folders.
