How to Resize a School or College Application Photo
Create an application photo that matches pixels and a file-size ceiling without inventing one universal school standard.
Open the toolOpen school application photo preset →Read both pixel and KB rules
A photo can have the right file size and still be rejected for width, height or aspect ratio. Match geometry first, then compress to the requested ceiling.
Keep one clean master
Use the original portrait as the source and create each school or college variant independently.
Do not assume one standard
Schools and colleges can use different portals and requirements. Treat every published dimension here as an editable starting point.
