How to Prepare Certificates and Document Scans for Upload
Keep text readable while fitting certificate, mark-sheet and identity-document images under upload limits.

A document image is different from a profile photo. Fine text must remain readable, so reduce dimensions and JPEG quality carefully instead of aggressively blurring the scan.
Use JPG only when accepted
If the form accepts PDF or another document format, follow the portal rules. These presets are for portals that specifically accept image uploads.
Remove unnecessary metadata
Location and camera metadata can be stripped from a submission copy while the original file stays untouched.
