How to Prepare Blog Images in One Batch
A single article can require several versions of the same visual. Treating them as separate resize jobs adds setup work that can be eliminated by branching one source batch into publishing-specific outputs.

The same source photo may appear as a wide article hero, a lighter inline image, a compact thumbnail and a social sharing card. Treating those as four unrelated resize jobs creates unnecessary setup work.
Branch the source batch by destination
Keep the originals as one source set. Create separate outputs for Hero, Inline, Thumbnail and Social Card. Each branch can use its own crop behavior, format, quality target and output folder.
Export a publishing-ready folder
When the output folders are defined before processing, the ZIP is already organized for the publishing workflow. There is no need to sort files after resizing.
- Hero: larger landscape output
- Inline: lighter content-width output
- Thumbnail: consistent crop
- Social card: share-preview aspect ratio
