How to Fix a Document Upload File Size Exceeded Error
Reduce the actual image payload while keeping document text readable and dimensions appropriate.
Open the toolOpen document compression preset →Identify the field that failed
Upload systems validate separate fields such as format, pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, background and file size. Do not change unrelated properties if the rejection message names a specific field.
Repair from the best source
Use the highest-quality original you have. Repeatedly editing an already compressed submission file creates unnecessary quality loss.
Verify the current destination rule
The linked Batch Img Tools tool opens an editable repair preset. Confirm the current portal or platform requirement before final submission.
